Eligibility for Returns

• You must contact us at info.dermskinclinics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.
• We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items unless they arrived faulty.


How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info.dermskinclinics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
o Your name and order number
o The reason for the return
o Photos if the product arrived damaged or defective
2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds & Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
